I believe there is still so much life after retirement age. Counseling—offered in a supportive, nontraditional way—can be a valuable tool to help you embrace this “fourth quarter” of life with clarity, joy, and meaning.

I include nutritional guidance because I believe in treating the whole person. When we care for your entire system—mind, body, and spirit—you’re more likely to feel emotionally balanced, clear, and resilient.

I accept payment at the time of service. You’ll receive a superbill after each session, which you can easily submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Your needs and goals shape the course of counseling. Most clients start with weekly sessions, and we reassess as we go.
The length of therapy varies. Some people find resolution within a few months, while others need more time—especially when working through complex trauma or health challenges. The process is always guided by what feels most supportive for you.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed appointments—will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps honor the time set aside for our work together and ensures availability for others who may be waiting.
